IT Applications Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver ICT and ICT related courses as well as Skillfuture accredited courses and assessment
  • Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery
  • Develop, update and deliver customized and new courses/content
  • Contribute to organizational knowledge in subject areas for sales, licensing and product features as a subject matter expert
  • Be updated with current technology and certifications
  • Take on ad hoc projects and seminars in house as well as at public events

Requirements

  • ICDL certifications in various Microsoft Office or Adobe applications
  • Any other relevant product / professional certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer / Adobe Certified Instructor (negotiable)
  • (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full)
  • Working or consulting experience in relevant technologies beneficial

ICT Courseware Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, and update customized and new courses/manuals in organizational content library
  • Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery
  • Maintain course outlines and courseware library
  • Propose and develop new contemporary courses encompassing current trends in technology
  • Provide and maintain a standardized style guide for organizational manuals and content

Requirements

  • Able to communicate excellently in the English oral and written medium
  • Strong research, analytic and logical discovery skills
  • Good software skills, from software applications to some technical IT skills
  • Able to manage advanced word processing layout jobs and formatting styles with experience in publishing and printing services. Experience with desktop publishing software a bonus
  • Can do attitude and determination for project completion with good eye for deadlines
  • ICDL certifications in various Microsoft Office or Adobe applications or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) credentials
  • (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full). DACE beneficial but not required.
  • ICT working or consulting experience in relevant technologies beneficial

Technical IT Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver official vendor course as well as Skillsfuture accredited courses and assessments
  • Be updated with current technology and certifications
  • Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery
  • Develop, update and deliver customized and new courses/content
  • Contribute to organizational knowledge in subject areas for sales, licensing and product features as a subject matter expert
  • Take on ad hoc projects and seminars in-house as well as at public events

Requirements

  • Certification in relevant subject areas such as Microsoft, VMWare, Red Hat, CISCO, EC-Council, Comptia etc.
  • Must be conversant with cloud and virtualization technologies
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (or equivalent – negotiable)
  • (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full)
  • Working or consulting experience in relevant technologies beneficial
  • Highly proficient in course content delivery and communication skills. Excellent presentation and classroom management skills required.

Technical Support Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain classroom hardware and software for class setup and deployment onsite as well as offsite
  • Manage and maintain company infrastructure, servers, computers, applications, network, PABX and websites
  • Work with the technical manager and team to assist in facilities management

Requirements

  • 5 and a half day work week with day (0830 – 1730h) and afternoon (1300 – 2200h) shifts
  • Internship period of at least 6 months required
  • Relevant background in IT beneficial but not required
  • Good proficiency in English language, written and spoken
  • Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills for maintaining internal documentation and inventory
  • Good logical and analytical mindset and able to learn on the job
  • Able to learn diligently and apply problem solving skills

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated team player to fill the role of a Training Sales Executive (TSE).
