The Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) is the premiere way to experience all that Office 365 has to offer. Avantus Training has conducted these to dozens of Office customers. It’s more than just a demonstration, CIE offers a real world experience showcasing how Office 365 products can solve everyday business challenges quickly and efficiently. 1. All enrolments will only be acknowledge upon receipt of a signed registration form.
2. Registration Form must be faxed no later than 14 workings days before the course commencement.
3. Trainees are responsible in ensuring that they meet the course pre-requisites. Avantus will not be liable for any difficulties encountered during the course of training if the necessary pre-requisites are not met.
4. Course status notification will be sent to all participant(s) Five (5) working days before the start of the course.
5. An email confirmation will be sent to the participant or the Coordinator in the registration form.
6. For our overseas travelling trainees. It not advisable for participants to confirm flight bookings till they receive a course confirmation from Avantus.
7. Course deferment, postponement or cancellations are subject to our Deferment & Cancellation Policy.
8. All cheque payments should be crossed and made payable to Avantus Training Pte Ltd. Alternative payment modes are available upon request. See Payment Mode tab.
9. Avantus Training Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the course without prior notice.
The fees published in the course schedules are fees per participant. They include the cost of a complete set of training material. Lab access will be provided (when applicable). However, these fees DO NOT include tax. Local taxes and levies will be added to the course fees where applicable.
In the case of an incorrect fee due to printing error, the correct fee will prevail. Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. For details on the course fees, please refer to Course Schedules.

Participants are required to read the curriculum path carefully to ensure that they have the necessary pre-requisites to attend the selected course.
Failure to do so can cause inconvenience to the class, and the participant(s) may be asked to leave the course with no refund accorded.
Avantus is not obligated to conduct a separate class for participants who do not meet the minimum course pre-requisite.
If a course is withdrawn from the schedule, no claims for compensation will be accepted other than the refund of the course fee.
If for any reason, a class is cancelled, the participant‘s sole remedy shall be a refund of the course fees paid. Under no circumstances shall Avantus be liable for any direct or indirect consequential or special damages as a result of the class cancellation.
Avantus shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its training materials nor shall Avantus be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its training materials or other information conveyed at any Avantus delivered course.

What is Microsoft Software Assurance?
Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SA) is easy and affordable way for their Volume Licensing customers to stay current with the latest Microsoft products. Organizations of all sizes can realise greater learning efficiency through Software Assurance Training Vouchers and world class instructor-led training at Avantus Training Pte Ltd.
Assurance training benefits help boost productivity by providing technical classroom training for IT professionals and developers, and opportunities to enhance end-user readiness, all designed to ensure effective and efficient deployment, management, support and adoption of new Microsoft software without impacting your training budget. Software Assurance training benefits provides technical and end-user training through Software Assurance training vouchers (SATV).
Technical training.With Software Assurance technical training, you get instructor-led, technical classroom training taught by a Microsoft Learning Partner. Developed by Microsoft experts, these in-depth IT courses are designed to help your staff deploy, manage, support and adopt new software.
End-user training. With Software Assurance end-user training, you can help your employees gain skills to be more productive with their current software, or ready your employees for new versions with individual, and/or demonstration sessions developed for larger groups by Microsoft experts.
Software Assurance training vouchers provide in-depth technical classroom training for IT professionals and developers and demonstration sessions for larger groups of end users. Developed by Microsoft experts and taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) with a Microsoft Learning Partner, training vouchers help your IT staff deploy, manage and support new software and stay current with technology, and help enable productivity gains and adoption for end users – without impacting your budget.
Eligible courses are as follows:
- Microsoft Official Courseware (designed for IT professionals or developers)
- Demonstration sessions (designed for large groups of end users)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft have that SA Vouchers would no longer be eligible for Dynamics CRM classes as of July 1st, 2015.

Ineligible courses include courses created for information workers (with the exception of demonstration sessions, as described above) such as:
- Microsoft Office Excel, Office Word and Office PowerPoint
- Hands-on labs, first-look clinics or Microsoft Press books
Your company receives a number of training days based on the amount of qualifying Microsoft Office and/or Windows software licences covered with Software Assurance. Training voucher eligibility depends on having a minimum number of licences covered by Software Assurance. This number varies by licensing programme. For more details on Software Assurance Training Voucher entitlement, refer to the Microsoft Product List for Volume Licensing.
SATV Cancellation Policy. In line with Microsoft SATV program rules, students canceling or rescheduling within 14 calendar days of their class will have their SATV voucher released and will be invoiced for the full retail cost of the class.
The ability to access your training vouchers expires with your Software Assurance coverage. If you create a training voucher before your Software Assurance coverage expires, the voucher remains valid for 180 days after the date it was created.

Data Protection Process
1. Avantus Training hereby represents that it will only use the information and data specified during the application process in its internal tracking and administration system, and that, unless required by law, it will not disclose such information to third parties, nor use it for marketing purposes unless specifically authorised to do so by the applicant. We accept no liability for any damages or abuse arising from inappropriate use of the e-mail address and password by the user.
2.Under the rules of Workforce Singapore (WSG) and Education & Training Laws of the Republic of Singapore, Avantus Training has an obligation to provide data to the authorities and ministries defined in the Act and, in addition to the data provided in the application process, additional personal and company data may also be required. Providing the latter to Avantus Training is also mandatory within the framework of the training agreement to be concluded prior to the start of the course. Avantus Training handles these data confidentially and based on the Republic of Singapore Act on Personal Data Privacy.
3. PDPA for General Marketing
Video footage and photos may constitute personal data if an identifiable individual is captured.
- Participants/Attendees enrolled with us, it will be stated in the registration form that photographs/videos might be taken in the facilities of Avantus Training Pte Ltd for publicity on marketing collateral, social media channels and other communication channels. Appropriate notice will be informed to the students on the trainer’s slide and before the pictures/videos is taken. Participants will be given the option to opt out during the process of photo taking/video recording.
