Terms and Conditions

Registration

1. All enrolments will only be acknowledged upon receipt of a signed registration form.
2. Each Registration Form must be faxed to us no later than 14 workings days before the course commencement.
3. Trainees are responsible in ensuring that they meet the course pre-requisites. Avantus will not be liable for any difficulties encountered in the course of training if pre-requisites are not met.
4. All course deferment, postponement or cancellations are subject to our General Terms and Conditions on Deferment and Cancellation policies.
5. By signing this registration form, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions as specified in http://www.ida.gov.sg/citrep for CITREP Grant and https://www.Skillsconnect.gov.sg for SDF Grants where applicable.
6. All cheque payment should be made payable to Avantus Training Pte Ltd.
7. Avantus Training Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the course without prior notice due to class size or unforeseen circumstances.


Course fees

The fees published in the course schedules are fees per participant. They include the cost of a complete set of training material. These fees do not include tax. Tax will be added to the course fees where applicable. In the case of an incorrect fee due to printing error, the correct fee will prevail. Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. For details on the course fees, please refer to Course Schedules.


Standard Course

1. Course will proceed when the requisite minimum number of participant have signed up.
2. Course status notification will be sent to participant Five (5) working days before the start of the course.
3. Email confirmation will be sent to the participant or the Coordinator in the registration form.
4. It is not advisable for participants to confirm flight bookings till they receive a course confirmation from Avantus.


Deferment & Cancellation Policies:

Less than 10 working days notice before the start of the course.

Note

Once a course is confirmed and confirmation email sent, 100% penalty charge will be imposed for cancellation

 

The substitution has to be from the same company and register for the same course on the same date

Important:
If a course is withdrawn from the schedule, no claims for compensation will be accepted other than the refund of the course fee. If for any reason whatsoever, a class is cancelled, the participant‘s sole remedy shall be a refund of the course fees paid. Under no circumstances shall Avantus be liable for any direct or indirect consequential or special damages as a result of the class cancellation.

Avantus shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its training materials nor shall Avantus be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its training materials or other information conveyed at any Avantus course.


Other Useful Information

Course Pre-requisites
Participants are required to read the curriculum path carefully to ensure that they have the necessary pre-requisites to attend a course. Failure to do so can cause inconvenience to the class and the participant may be asked to leave the course with no refund accorded. Avantus trainer is not obligated to conduct a separate class for a participant who does not meet the minimum pre-requisites.
