Course Objectives

This course is meant to give participants the confidence to communicate clearly and master the art of getting the message across effectively.

   

Introduction

Communication is an art.  Good communication is the lifeblood of organizations and individuals alike.  This course is meant to give participants the confidence to communicate clearly and master the art of getting the message across effectively. It begins with an introduction on understanding the dynamics of effective communication and goes on to cover various other aspects like body language,  visual impact, etc. A module on listening and questioning will also be covered. Dos and Don’ts on other facets of modern communication like emails, conference calls, etc will also be dealt with. The course is designed to be an interactive workshop and a variety of group activities which include presentations to role-plays to case studies are included to make it interesting and lively.

Two-days Interactive Workshop. The workshops are covered in an interactive format, where each individual gets to present during the workshop and be appraised both before the start of the workshop and after attending the workshop.
